WAEC: Schools in Imo charges students N2,000 per Subject to allow malpractice.

It has been observed that some public school owner in Imo state is allegedly charging students the sum of N2,000 per subject in other to provide them with answers to questions in the ongoing West African Senior School Certificate Examination.

Before the commencement of the examination, the school owners informed students that they will be provided with answers if each student pays the sum of N2,000 per subjet.

A relative of the student, who spoke with Naijaloaded’s correspondent, said the schools claimed that the failure that would occur would be massive due to the coronavirus lockdown and lack of proper preparation for the exam.

It was also stated that some schools located in rural areas of the state wire collecting a lesser fee from students.
