Just in: 5 new cases of covid-19 confirmed in Kwara, Lagos and Katsina

Coronavirus continually spreads across the states in Nigeria, as the Nigerian center for disease control confirms 5 new COVID-19 cases in Lagos, Kwara, and Katsina state.

The Nigerian center for disease control NCDC stated this on Sunday, 12th April 2020 (easter day) that 5 new cases in Kwara, Lagos and katsina have been recorded making it a total of 323 confirmed cases, 85 discharged and 10 deaths recorded in the country.

This now brings the total number of states infected with the virus to 19.
