Following the announcement of the Xbox Series X, users are not sure why the controllers will still use removable batteries. Many sought answers and luckily we have them. Eurogamers reported that Xbox Partner Director of Program Management Jason Ronald addressed the issue. According to him, it’s all about giving users multiple choices. Seeing as some prefer batteries while others prefer a built-in rechargeable power source.
